Here at Ed Nyrion, we take great pride in our efficient shipping services. We offer a number of different postal services so we can ensure your goods arrive at the best time and in the most suitable manner.
Royal Mail
• For a limited time only there are no postage and packaging costs - pay exactly what it costs us to ship your goods!
• All orders aim to be dispatched within 24 hours of being received, subject to stock levels. You will be notified by email as soon as your goods have been despatched.
• All envelopes and parcels are packaged to give the products inside the best possible protection, whilst in transit.
If your product does not arrive within the longest specified shipping time, please contact us making sure to include your order number in any communication.
Please Note:
Royal Mail deliveries arrive with your normal UK post. We strongly advise choosing one of the signed for delivery options as it will mean your goods are insured.
Royal Mail delivery times during the Christmas period and national holidays are likely to be longer than normal. If you need something urgently we recommend choosing the courier option.
UK - 1st class
First class delivery will normally arrive 1-2 days after shipping but can take up to 5 days. We can not offer compensation for any orders sent first class so recommend the recorded or special delivery options.UK - First Class Recorded Signed For Delivery (1-5 working days)
For recorded delivery add £0.75 to first class prices.
Recorded delivery is sent on the same service as first class post but requires a signature on delivery. You can track recorded items on www.royalmail.com.
Compensation of up to £28 is offered on lost recorded deliveries.
UK - Special delivery
Special Delivery is the fastest and most reliable option offered by Royal Mail.
Parcels are fully trackable on www.royalmail.com.
Compensation is offered from £250 up to £2500. We will choose and pay for the most appropriate level of insurance according to the size of your order.
International Signed for Delivery - ISF
International Signed for Service is the most reliable standard airmail service. Packages must be signed for on receipt. They can also be tracked whilst in the UK on www.royalmail.com. Some foreign postal services will then track them on to you although many don’t.
Deliveries to Europe via ISF will normally take 3-10 working days to arrive. Although please leave 15 working days before contacting us to let us know if your goods have not arrived.
Compensation is available on lost packages up to £28.
UK Mail / Business Post
UK Mail offer a next day delivery service for all packages over 2kg. The cost of this varies across the UK. They have three zones, in which prices differ:
Zones A & B: UK Mainland
Zone C: Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland
Zone D: Orkney Islands
All deliveries are insured and trackable. They will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00pm the day after despatch. If you are not in when they come to delivery they will leave a card with details of how you can contact the local depot. They will, however, attempt to deliver three times before holding the parcel and sending it back. If an item gets returned to us you will be liable for shipping it a second time.
DHL Express Worldwide
DHL shipments prices are based on a price per consignment in Kgs.
Deliveries are next day and are fully insured and trackable.
