Ed Nyrion Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

 

Returns

All returns for either unwanted or damaged/faulty goods must be confirmed by Ed Nyrion Ltd by through our contact page.  Any item sent back without prior consent will be returned to you at your cost.  Please note, for reasons of hygiene certain items are non-returnable. For more information or if you are unsure please contact us.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach Ed Nyrion Ltd.

If you would like to return the goods you have bought, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them.  They must be returned as new.  We will only refund the cost of the goods.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. Please contact us first to let us know and to arrange the most suitable method of postage for its return.  Only with damaged, faulty and incorrectly supplied goods will we cover the cost of the return postage.

Please also ensure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product before returning it.  Products found not to be faulty when they are returned, will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to change your order, you may do so in 7 days from purchase.  Goods must be returned as new, with a clear note stating what you would like to exchange it for.  You will be charged for the delivery of the replacements, as well as well as any extra charges incurred.

 

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed, we reserve the right to a 30 day period to return the funds, although where possible we will aim for it to take effect immediately.
