Why over 18s only?

Some of the items we stock have an adult nature and are related to smoking and drinking. We don’t want to offend anyone so we’ve decided not to sell to anyone who we can’t confirm is over 18.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to every country in the world?

 

Can I pay in an alternative currency like $s or €s?

Our on line payment service Protx accepts most credit cards but you will still be charged in £’s. There is a basic currency converter on the site which will give you a rough idea of the amount. If you can’t use your credit card on line, we can still accept all major currencies through a bank transfer although any transfer fees will have to be covered by the purchaser. Details for bank transfers can be found at the check out or feel free to contact us on +44 (0)1451 843 064.

We also accept all foregin cash but you will need to contact us to make sure you are sending the correct amount. Again please make sure that all cash is sent registered delivery so we can confirm acceptance of the money.

We also accept cheques for all currencies BUT this is subject to a 10% extra charge to cover the bank fee.

 

What will credit card payments appear as on my bank statement?

All transactions show up as “Ed Nyrion Ltd”.

 

Will my credit card details be secure?

On making a payment, your card details are put into our secure online payment system Sagepay. We never actually get to see these details as they are all done through the secure 3rd party company Sagepay or Protx ( www.sagepay.com ) which is encrypted and 100% secure. If you make an order over the phone we will put these details straight into the web-site anyway, so again we never actually hold onto them.

 

Do you keep any other personal details?

We keep limited information if you decide to join as a member – your name, e-mail and home address. We use this simply for your benefit, to keep you updated with offers deals and anything else we think you might be interested in. If you decide you no longer want to receive any of these offers then you can opt out any any stage for no cost. Details of any phone orders are kept usually up until we know that a parcel has been delivered.

 

Do you offer trade, whole sale or an affiliate program?

Yes, we certainly do. Contact us in the office and we can get you set up as an affiliate in no time. We can provide you with banners or images of all products without watermarks. Call us on +44 (0) 1451 843 064.

 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We hope to have all orders turned around for a 2 day delivery where possible in UK, and obviously slightly longer for international packages. Please check the shipping and deliveries area for more information.

 

Am I legally allowed to own smoking paraphernalia and are these products safe?

All products on the site are 100% legal in UK. If you are unsure then it’s worth having a check with the local laws.

 

Do your products come with a guarantee?

If you would like to return the goods you have bought for whatever reason, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them.  They must be returned as new and we will only refund the cost of the goods once we have received them and checked them, and shipping charges are not refundable.

 

My purchase arrived faulty or damaged – what do I do?

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement. Please contact us first to let us know and to arrange the most suitable method of postage for its return.  Please also ensure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product before returning it.  Products found not to be faulty when they are returned, will be sent back to you only at your expense.

 

Can I exchange a product?

If you would like to change your order, you may do so within 7 days from purchase.  Goods must be returned as new, with a clear note stating what you would like to exchange it for.  You will be charged for the delivery of the replacements, as well as well as any extra charges incurred.

 

When will I get a refund?

We have a 30 day period to return the funds, although where possible we will aim for it to take effect immediately.
